24-year-old Jocelyn Willis was seen soliciting officers near Lamar Avenue and Democrat Road on August 8th, 2023. Officers performed an undercover operation, where they were flagged down and approached by Willis. Following a brief conversation, Willis offered to have sex with the officer in exchange for $100.00. The signal was given, and officers took Willis into custody. The incident occurred within 1.5 miles of American Way Middle School. Willis was charged with Prostitution near a school on May 22nd, 2024.
