29-year-old Janario Tucker had a domestic incident with his mother, Janay Tucker, and stepfather, Rickey Johnson, at their Silver Chalice Drive residence late May 26th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Janay, who stated that she and Janario argued, during which he threw a glass plate at her. She said he had become aggressive after hearing Johnson whispering about him, so he pushed him, which sparked a brief scuffle. When officers spoke with Janario, he told them he threw the glass plate at his mother because he was angry. Janario Tucker was then taken into custody for two counts of domestic assault.
