34-year-old Justin Wesley was taken into custody for a TBI Sex Offender Registry Act violation on May 26th, 2024. On August 16th, 2010, Wesley was convicted of attempted aggravated sexual battery of an 11-year-old female, which placed him on community supervision for life. He failed to report to his registering agency within 48 hours of his release on September 22nd, 2023. A warrant was issued for his arrest on September 29th, 2023. He was later detained for the occurrence.
Justin Wesley of South Prescott Street Memphis, TN, was booked into the Shelby County Jail on May 26th, charged with violation of TBI sex offender registry act. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,500.
