25-year-old Kiana Tuggle was charged with driving under the influence and public intoxication when she was driving “all over the road” on Interstate 40.
On August 27th, Memphis officers located and stopped a black sedan on I-40 with temporary tags that had been broadcast by dispatch as “all over the roadway.” When stopped and approached, Kiana Tuggle was noted as driving the vehicle, and officers could smell some form of intoxicant coming from her breath.
Tuggle was unsteady on her feet and performed poorly during the field sobriety tests administered. Tuggle consented to a blood draw and was taken into custody.
Kiana Tuggle was arrested and charged with public intoxication and driving under the influence. She was later released on her own recognizance.
